Shopify invoice app: how to send invoices from your store

What a Shopify invoice app does

Does it send, or only print? Automatic email on every order is the difference between a tool and a chore.
Numbering. Invoice numbers that run in sequence with no gaps are easier to reconcile later.
Tax line. If you need a VAT or GST registration number on the page, confirm the app has a field for it.
Monthly cap. Before you install any invoice app, check how many invoices its free plan allows, and count your monthly orders first.
Setup effort. Ask whether you must edit template code or can set a logo and colour in a screen.
