x402 is a payment protocol that lets AI agents (software, often built on a large language model, that carries out a task on its own) pay for API calls with stablecoins — a cryptocurrency pegged to a national currency, most commonly USDC — per request, with no account or signup. We run priced endpoints ourselves at api.stelardigital.com, and the counts below are read from our records, refreshed about every 15 minutes.
