Which AI assistant does Aivis test?
One engine, named in every report rather than hidden behind the word “AI”. Today that engine is Anthropic's Claude with live web search, as stated in our privacy policy. Aivis does not currently test every assistant on the market.
Does Aivis fix my AI visibility or only measure it?
The free plan measures: it shows you AI orders and what's wrong. Aivis Pro also fixes — one-click fixes for the problems blocking a sale, plus ongoing monitoring.
What data does Aivis access?
Per the listing: device and activity data (geolocation, IP address, browser, and operating system), your store owner details, your products and collections, your order history for the last 60 days, and your Shopify admin Files. It does not request customer names, emails, or addresses.
Is Aivis legit, and who builds it?
It is a publicly listed Shopify app, reviewed and published by Shopify at apps.shopify.com/agent-sales-command, developer Stelar Digital LLC, a registered US company in Roseville, California. Billing runs through Shopify, so you cancel from your Shopify admin.
